"RESPONSE TO THE OWNER, BRYAN NOWLIN. I have just read your response to my review and I am deeply shocked and you very well know that what you have said there is a total lie. I provided all the documents your office requested and if indeed you processed the check(which is not true), how come I've not received it since April of last year, 2024? This is a game of saying you sent it to my previous address when on file, you have my current address. It's inconveniencing reaching out to you at this time. You know very well you have not refunded me and have refused to send the check even after me calling your office several times and you have refused to reply to my emails so I wonder why you are being economical with the truth here. It's been close to a year since and or this response I have just read, just to correct things, I'll escalate this issue to other authorities and make sure you guys don't do this to another client. I've just seen another complaint in the reviews from one of your clients. I also do business just like you and cannot treat my clients like this. WARNING!!! ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. I got a policy for 3 vehicles from this Agency in April, 2024 and a coupled of days later, ALL STATE called me back to renew my policy at a better rate for my 3 vehicles and 2 properties before my coverage lapsed. So I canceled with State farm and Kevin Mallard agreed to refund me the money. It's been a game of cat and mouse ever since from sending the check to the wrong address to deducting money for the days covered (which is not true coz I still had ALL STATE), to keep waiting for the check. I wrote a review a few months ago and the owner, My Bryan Nowlin called me to apologize and promised to address the issue to make sure i receive my refund back. I deleted the review having been convinced that he was a true gentleman but now, he cannot reply to my emails or return my phone calls. I too have a service oriented business and this is totally NOT the way to treat clients especially who may still return in the future. They can keep the money for all i care coz if they really wanted to refund the money since April, this case would have been settled but I thought it wise to warn someone else incase you fall on the same trap. Keep off this Agency."

"In October I reached out to this agency to get quotes for my home and auto insurance. Kevin Zimmerman gave me great service and with the quotes he gave we decided to go with them. We had some recent repairs done so he said that if we sent in receipts that it would lower our rate to the one he stated. I worked very hard for a week getting these together (contacting contractors is not always easy). I sent him an email with no response. I finally called the office and was informed that he was no longer there. I was then told that the receipts were not enough and I needed affidavits for each. As you can guess I did not understand the reasoning for this. He also told us a 1993 vehicle we had could be insured as an antique. Long story short, we decided to go with another company 16 days into our policies. The office was no longer answering my calls so I called the 1-800 number. They cancelled my auto but advised I would have to deal with the agency to cancel the homeowners and said they would send them a note to call me. They did not call me on 10-17 so I called and have proof that I spoke to someone for 6 minutes and asked them to cancel. I assume they didn’t put this is the system and never did it. I got a bill in November for the entire amount and called again letting them know we had cancelled. It’s now January and they are charging me for 30 days because I didn’t “call to cancel” in time and they can’t back date it. I have called, emailed and even tried the 800 number again to no avail. I will likely just pay it so it doesn’t go to collections and ding my credit but it’s WRONG. Marisa never replied to my last email or ask the owner to call me. I will never use State Farm for anything."
