"We have been Miserable!! With deceptive practices by Allstate for the last 4 years to the point where they kept our auto rates high. All the while them giving us excuses only to find out from Anna an amazing great person at State Farm that they kept our rates high. "Son had a recent car accident with a likely uninsured driver. After not being able to access the other driver's reported insurance carrier to file a claim. we filed a claim with State Farm that evening. By 730am the next day, a claims person had already been assigned and called me to see about getting the car to the collision shop, have a rental car authorization lined up, and walked us through the next steps. Marisa from out local agency reached out too to see how they could help and to ultimately help us remove the totaled car and add the new car. Documents were swiftly sent on line. Both the claims department and Marisa at our local agent were extremely helpful and responded very quickly. No question was stupid and they followed thru from beginning to end. I've been with State Farm now for 48 years - this recent experience just confirmed I made the right choice."
